Now, amidst the chaos of Covid-19, followed by the current cost of living crisis, I have launched Calvari 365, designed to provide high quality, flexible and cost-effective support to small and medium sized businesses, to help them recover from the challenges created from the last couple of years.

 WITH CALVARI, YOU BENEFIT FROM SOME OF THE BEST PRACTICE FROM ACROSS THE SPORTING WORLD Using experience gained by being a Commercial & Operations Manager for the English Football League, where I was responsible for supporting the Commercial Operations at over 20 professional football clubs, to bring together a portfolio of best practice that can now be used to help your business. 

THE ENGLISH FOOTBALL LEAGUE (2012 - 2014)

 WITH CALVARI, WE BRING A UNIQUE INSIGHT FROM INSIDE THE BUSINESS OF SPORT Regardless of whether you are a small independent organisation, or the worlds largest Sports National Governing Body, the importance of sound financial management and corporate governance remains key. In addition to nearly 20 years working directly with elite sports club, I also bring six years of experience from The FA to Calvari 365. 

THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION (2014 - 2020)

 WITH CALVARI, WE BRING HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE FROM INSIDE THE BOARDROOM I was invited onto the Board of Leicestershire County Cricket Club in 2019, to support a complete overhaul and transformation of the organisation. I then spent three years inside the business, helping to change the vision, values and culture, introducing new Commercial strategies, new budgets and improved Corporate Governance. 

LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY CRICKET CLUB (2019 - 2022)

With a vision to make active lifestyles the norm for everyone, the Active Partnerships National Organisation is the national charity of the Active Partnerships Network - a collective of 43 locally-led, nonprofit, strategic organisations who, as valued system partners of Sport England, play a pivotal role in 'Uniting the Movement' to create conditions for an active nation.
